MATTHEW ZHAO | Co-founder & Partner
Zhao earned his EMBA at China Europe International Business School（CEIBS）in 2013. Previous to DB Investment, Zhao has served as the presidents assistant at the Chinese Security Journal and the deputy secretary general at the Listed Companies Association of Guangdong (GDLA). With profound resources of listed companies, Zhao has led the issuance of over 1 billion investment funds, and has successfully established the first asset management product on the new third board with excellent performance.

FRED CAI | Co-founder
Cai received his EMBA degree at CEIBS and was the general manager at (优北罗科技). Cai also has held regional senior executive positions in China at four global chip companies. Cai is highly skilled in project assessment and valuation, and possesses comprehensive management experience in growing technology enterprises. Cai also served as the industrial investment consultant at Jiangbei, Nanjing and MaWei High-tech Zone of Fuzhou, participating in project contests and funds introductions as a semiconductor expert.
